Sunday,With difference

With heavy breakfast in the morning, niggling with Sunday magazine for an hour and half, serious brooding over the issue started between phani, jaasti and me about the lunch for that afternoon.Sabu, who came from marathalli to meet jaasti and srinu also joined along with us for the hunt. After wagging between two places(Hyderabad house and Meghana),we halted finally at Meghana. But,due to long waiting list over there and to calm down our roaring hunger pangs immediately we started looking for another near by Restaurant and our journey ended at Tandoor Hut.After a delicious yummy heavy lunch,we started trudging back to jaasti's room to have some fun.

The sun which is playing hide and seek game with the clouds since from the morning finally gave up and disguised itself into dark clouds.Though the omens are loud and clear that it will rain heavily sooner ,but the drowsiness which took over us after a heavy meal didn't allow us to take quick steps. Finally we struck at about 500 meters short from jaasti room.It was great downpour accompanied with a small size hailstones. The black tarmac wiped out it's dusty look and welcomed the hailstones to spend their little presence on this earth with her.Ice cubes which are resting on the black tarmac after a long journey, looked like a galaxy of stars twinkling in a clear azure sky.people started jeering over the nature's beauty and some folks started collecting little fellows for sheer pleasure and pride as if they were the aliens which comes rarely to earth. We waited for over 10 minutes under a shanty for the rain to calm down.but, the rain god started testing our patience and finally we gave up and decided to reach house at any cost along with a packet of milk and with a pack of cards.

Reaching home,we changed our clothes with of jaasti and mandu. As I started preparing tea, other fellows became busy in playing cards. The first game sailed smoothly with out any bet but the second one started with agreement that people who lost had to bring others what ever they want.(he he..don't give second thought... only eatables...).Srinu finished at first with his antics, followed by jaasti,me,sabu, phani and Mandu.Every one decided to eat upma for the dinner and now it was the turn for Mandu to bring the require items.Srinu, who is master in doing Upma, started preparing it.But,saala this time, he didn't reached our expectations. All together,it was not just another Sunday. But,it was the day that ended with some difference.

Blah,Blah..

It was sunny afternoon. The cafeteria was noisy. At one end of the corner, idiot box is showing heated debate by our politicians in the Parliament.People was busy in gulping their food, cursing their managers, cracking jokes and with some usual gossip.I glued to idiot box to see our famous politicians fight.
Suddenly a panel consisting of three people appeared on the screen and said "Blah".
Next time,it was turn of another panel ,the heated arguments exchanged between them was also "Blah Blah".
some heads turned towards idiot box.
Later a group of panels appeared on the screen continuously shouting "blah blah" as if it looked like a herd of people jeering for their horse in a horse race.
Now every head turned towards idiot box.The entire hall was halted, expect "blah blah" sound. Curiosity is increasing in the people but the blah blah is still continuing.Every face is carring a question mark, they stopped eating, stopped breathing, stopped blinking but "blah blah" is still.......
Finally breaking the jinx the idiot box flashed "Head lines today, refreshingly different everything is ........." blah.

He he .... funny thing, that happened during lunch time at the office, bringing smiles to every one face. Kudos to the Ad creator :-)

Laugh lines

Smile,The second best thing one can do with their lips.People who smiles alot spreads aura around themselves that they are the best companions to make in this world. It is very difficult to see human beings in their frown faces.I know that they have their own set problems.but who don't have problems in life???Every one has their own pie and for every one, their problems looks like as if they were carrying this earth on their shoulders.People who laugh a lot,in what ever state they are in and who makes others laugh are the real hero's in life. am I talking too much philosophy??? nah baba ... :-)
To memorize one of the incident that was happened when I was at IITK that changed my approach towards life. One day I was going to meet my guide on my "No-breaks bicycle"(This is the way I used to call it).I was a bit nervous and frustrated about what to say to my guide regarding my thesis progress.I was speeding my bicycle looking in to sky, suddenly a few meters away I saw a man carrying his son and little-daughter on his bi-cycle.Though my mind signalled me it was the time to apply brakes, but it's of little use and I gave a slight jerk to their bi-cycle.The little girl was slightly hurt by this, I was almost dead and started guessing what will be his father reaction?? The little girl, who saw my face told to his father by pointing her little fingers towards me "papa, bhayya is learning how to ride a bi-cycle".I busted in to laughter for her words, her father also did the same thing.Later,I said sorry to him.He accepted it and I left the place with bundle of happiness in my heart. Her innocence, the way she pronounced words with her rolling eyes and chubby cheeks and her smile got an answer for my unanswered question for years that "why people laugh along with the smile of kids??".It's true that God only talks with kids and makes them happy all the time because they are innocent and pure hearted people on this earth.
As some one rightly pointed out that, one has to become kid at heart to be happy at all times and people who are with this nature are really blessed :-)

CHAKDE INDIA

Being a sport's freak,I usually like to play some of kind of game or the other if I gets free time.To my knowledge in 24 years of my life,I played almost all sports. Though I was not strong in many of those,I kept my fingers in them. For the sports which I have not come across,at least I learned rules and regulations of those. But,there is one sport which I don't know even the rules, until I watched "Chakde India".Hockey,Though I don't like the game.but, when ever I heard the name,My blood runs with a jet plane speed in my body.Either because of being India's National game or by because some other things the word "hockey" occupied a special place in my heart.
The recent exit of Indian Hockey team in Olympics qualifying rounds itself, gave deep sorrowness to the Hockey lovers. All the major dailies gave a clarion call, giving their own suggestions for the development of the game. Some ponied out it was fault of the Hockey coach and some said it was fault of the parents for not sending their lads to play Hockey. The next day,It was again same rut in their pages showing, how Dhoni is playing with his dog or how long yuvi-deepika love life last??Imagine about people's reactions if our cricket team lost in world cup qualifying round , media furore after that and how many days they will make news with that.
Media wants circulation,so they have to write news which people like.we want to know the personal life's of the people we love .so If Dhoni Sneezes or if he goes for ride that will make news in front pages. Why we are so biased to a particular Game and to the people who play that game???Answers are many.......
Indian's have stronger set of emotions, that's why our movies have melodrama ,our serials have it ,our life has it and our like for Games must have it.We care for the people we like and if we dont like it,we are the ones to put them down. That's why cricket is changing itself, to suit for Indian taste(T20).We want quick results,That happens in cricket from each ball bowled.we want our loved one's to do well in the game and we like verbal exchanges between players and we clap if we again upper hand over the other team or the player. But,the poor Hockey don't have all these features, leading to no spectators and sponsors. It is very difficult to digest some of the statements that a hockey player earns 1000 INR for a match and recently the love between a girl and a Hockey player was turn down by girl's parents because of he was not cricket player.why to blame parents for this???They want their son's or daughter's to earn name and fame.so If cricket is doing good business how they can push their sons to play Hockey.
Not only in sports,we have our own set baisedness in every field,be it in politics ,religion, caste ,recently region (our famous Raj Thackeray...) you name it,there is and their will be.After all ,we are Indians.Chakde India

APOLOGY MAIL

This week ended with a mixed bag of ups and downs.A full fledged training started from this week, but unfortunately it was not lasted for two days because of the poor knowledge of the speaker. He hadn't done much of the homework and stumbles all the time for every simple doubts we raised.our entire batch got frustrated with him and informed management about his short comings. Finally the training was called off for the entire week and I was back to office to do my work.I had come across some of good people during the two days training and have lots of fun with them.one of them came with a brilliant idea,"can't we print video files ??"when we were asked to go through the video's during training sessions :-).The next two days passed as usually doing the same routine stuff, but on the last of day of this week gave me goosebumps.we were given a CD during the training session and I kept that thing in my bag at that time.I forgot about that thing and came to office.we have a strict policy in my company that we were not allowed to bring any storage devices inside. The security caught me and informed corporate security guy, they blocked my id card and thought of taking some security violation action on me.I was not perturbed by this, though my heart touched 90 beats/sec.I started explaining them, that it all happened with out my knowledge, they were in no mood to lend an ear to my glib talk.
Finally ,to my joy the security head ordered me to write a apologise mail to him saying that this will be my first and last mistake.I started scribbling down the mail(I am very much expert in writing in apology mails :-))saying all that what happened considering myself as an stupid for the thing I had done. The security Guy was very much happy after that,he himself activated my id-card and sparkled a crispy smile from his scowl face.I felt proud for my apology mail and to my knowledge this may be the Nth apology mail I wrote in my life to the fellow people...........
Don't know who will be the next luckiest guy to receive my apology mail..eagerly waiting for that...
Mean while, HAPPY WEEKEND BUDDY :-)
